Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement:
By engaging with Future Heed Consultancy, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. This includes the terms of service, privacy policy, and any other policies relevant to the services we provide.

2. Consultation Services:
Future Heed offers consultancy services related to study abroad. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the success of visa applications, as decisions are ultimately made by respective immigration authorities.

Your privacy is important to us. Future Heed collects and uses personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the privacy policy.

4. Fees and Payments:
Fees for Future Heed’s services are outlined in our fee structure. Payment details and schedules will be provided upon engagement. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in the suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy:
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy, available upon request. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of service completion and other relevant factors.

6. Communication:
Communication between Future Heed and clients will primarily be conducted through email, phone, or in-person meetings. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to check communication channels regularly.

7. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the consultation process. Future Heed is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false information.

8. Changes to Terms:
Future Heed reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination of Services:
Future Heed may terminate services if clients fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Termination may occur without prior notice, and fees paid may be forfeited based on the stage of service completion.

10. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Local Government. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
